In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hrs notice. We also have a grace period of 15 minutes for tardiness. If you arrive past 15 minutes, you may be required to have your appointment cancelled and rescheduled. Any cancellations/rescheduling of an appointment (and/or services) done without proper notice will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
